Higgins is a retired inspector of Scotland Yard. Although everybody considered Higgins as a best detective out there he has decided to leave Scotland Yard. He has bought beatifull, old house in the village called "Slaughters" and moved there. Now all time he spend on reading, meditating in front of his fireplace, gardening and on long walking in woods. It's
seems he has already forgotten about his past life. Forgotten about
pursuing murderers and thiefts, about all criminal cases he has
